Ideas on the third book
I made a video last year in which I announced the bootkernel’s Podcast, discussed a short film script that I was in the process of writing, and gave a hint of the expected contents from my third book. It was about introducing Unix in a friendlier way to the readers. I do plan on continuing to work on that, however, I do have other ideas that are holding me back.
I’m learning a lot of things as a founder. Running a nonprofit can be challenging at times, um, most of the time. On the other hand, it’s an ongoing learning process so I don’t think I’ll have enough things to talk about. I can instead have a dedicated blog post which I can keep updating as I move forward. Will see!
Time allocation is also becoming a big issue. I’m spending the majority of my time at The Programming Foundation. I’ve allocated 90% of my remaining time on my operating system. I spend my leftover time in brainstorming future plans. Books, bootkernel’s Podcast, blog posts, and YouTube videos take the least amount of my time.
Elon Musk manages time very efficiently. There’s a lot to learn from him.
